Tony Gagliano joined Thomas Realty Group, LLC in February of 2006 after being a small business owner for 13 years. He graduated from the University of Missouri-Columbia in 1992 with a BS in Political Science. Since joining the team, Tony has worked diligently with national tenants as well as small business owners in leasing retail space as both a landlord and tenant representative. Tony has also assisted owners and investors in the selling and purchasing of properties.

Mark Gietl, Sr. Vice President Site Development

Mark Gietl began his Real Estate career in Davenport, Iowa in 1976 after graduating from Loras College in Dubuque, Iowa.
He has participated in commercial, residential and condominium development.
In 1988 he relocated to St. Louis, MO as a Real Estate Manager for Hardees Food Systems. He worked for Hardees until
1995 ending as Director of Real Estate.
Mark joined McDonald’s Corporation in 1995 in Corporate Real Estate and worked with the Regional Office in St. Louis
until 2002.
Since 2002 he has been active in Tenant representation, Site development, Retail center development. Currently he serves
as the Preferred Development Broker in Missouri for Culver’s Franchising System and Hu Hot Mongolian Grill.

Greg Schowe has been a Division Manager for Asset Preservation, Inc. since 2004. Greg’s background in §1031 tax deferred exchanges, along with involvement in the real estate industry since 2001, make him a trusted local resource for the §1031
tax deferred exchange community. Greg takes great passion in helping all of his clients understand the importance of
Section §1031 and utilizes that program to create wealth for his clients.
Greg dedicates a significant portion of his time speaking to accountants, attorneys, real estate brokers and principals in the state of Kansas, Missouri and Southern Illinois on the topic of 1031 exchanges and real estate investing. His presentations are always practical and feature many real-life scenarios to illustrate a wide range of investment and tax strategies. He has also been a licensed real estate salesperson in the state of Missouri since 2003.
A native of east central Missouri, Greg grew up on a farm in Warren County, graduated from Francis Howell North High School in St. Charles and served for 6 ½ years in the United States Navy. When not working Greg dedicates his time to his church, the local VFW Post 5077 and enjoys playing golf. He and his wife Melanie along with their dog Chauncey reside in O’Fallon, MO. |

Heather joined Thomas Realty Group in December 2009, making her the newest addition to the team. Heather received her B.A. in Anthropology from the University of Missouri-St. Louis in 2003. She began her career in real estate sales in 2002 as a New Homes Sales Agent for CF Vatterott Construction. In 2005, Heather transitioned to commercial real estate sales and leasing, and has since participated in transactions totaling over $40 million. Heather’s specialty and focus in the commercial real estate field is the sales and leasing of retail centers, medical office space and investment properties. Heather has represented both landlords and tenants in transactions involving small local businesses as well as national firms.

Derek Kessler joined Thomas Realty Group in October 2008 and brought with him 12 years of experience in commercial real estate management, brokerage, and development. He graduated from Lindenwood University in 1994 with a BA in History and began his real estate career in 1996. Derek is a licensed Missouri broker-salesperson and a member of IREM and a CPM Candidate.

Westin Group, St. Louis, MO 12/96-3/03: Commercial Property Manager. Managed and leased approximately 585,000 sq. ft. of office/warehouse, office and retail space.
Meyer Real Estate 4/03-12/05: Oversaw Commercial Real Estate sales and leasing department.
American Realty & Development 1/06-9/08: Site Locator and Commercial Sales. Located development sites for Dollar General stores and retail strip center sites. Listed and represented American Realty and Development in the sale of twelve Dollar Generals and three Family Dollar Stores.

Renee has been actively working in the real estate industry for over 20 years. She first obtained her salesperson real estate license in 1986 and then her broker's license in 1997.
She worked for Whittaker Homes from 1983 through 1990 learning all aspects of the new construction and land development industry. Her positions included: New Homes Sales Manager for single family, multi-family, and custom homes. Closing Coordinator and Selection Manager.
From 1991 through 1996 she worked as an independent sales and marketing manager. She then joined Triad Development from 1996 through 2007 with the following positions: Residential Business Manager: responsible for sales management, marketing, pricing, profitability, customer service, and construction operations. Commercial Sales and Leasing Manager for retail and executive properties. Residential Sales and Marketing Manager for Single Family and Villa Homes.
Renee worked as an Independent Real Estate Broker from 2007 until joining Thomas Realty Group in 2010.
