As realtors and clients of Brenda Lowder over almost a decade we were impressed with not only her work ethic, but also with creativeness in approaching in many of the problems that arise in negotiating commercial sales contracts.  Two of the transactions were party to with Brenda involved non profit entities that were guided by a group of officers.  Dealing with transactions controlled by committee was very stressful at times; however, Brenda remained cool an initiated some unique ideas for financing and overcoming possible problems that zoning and code restrictions could cause.  We have been pleased in all of our dealings with Brenda and would not hesitate to use her in any further real estate dealings we may have in the future.
